Boiler Servicing

Our fully qualified and Gas Safe registered engineers can service any make of gas boiler and a typical service will be completed in around one to two hours, assuming no additional work or parts are required. Our boiler service is an annual check up of your boiler to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently. Boilers that are serviced annually are often less likely to need a repair and so having an annual service could potentially save you money in the future.

• When possible checks on the flue (internally and externally)

• Checking the operating pressure and/ or heat input

• Checking the case seals for effectiveness

• Boiler casing removal to check all main boiler components (burner, heat exchanger, main injector, spark/ sensor probe)

• Boiler fired safely to identify any working faults

• Boiler parts cleaned (if necessary)
